Bombay Sapphire

Bombay Sapphire Gin is made with ten different botanicals that give it character, nuance and a rounded finish that would make any vodka drinker cross over.

But who knows that?!?

That’s why we helped Bombay Sapphire create this half hour documentary about their London Distilled Dry gin.
To tell their story, we sent Tony Abou Ghanim, master mixologist, around the world to discover how Bombay made their gin. First he traveled to New York to uncover the history of the spirit we now know as gin, then Tuscany to learn about the juniper berries and other botanicals that gin is made from, then it was off to England to experience the distillation process, and finally to Las Vegas, where he helped host the national bartender competition, and imbibed some of the finest gin cocktails in the world.

Along the way he met with other craftsmen and artisans- people who take the time to create their own exquisite products- and together they broke bread and shared ideas about what it means to actually make something of quality in a world saturated with, well, crap.

The documentary was distributed through multiple outlets including airings on IFC through their Origins campaign, banner ads, across online platforms, and through the ‘Top Mixologists’ series that lives on Bombay Sapphire’s website.

All of that traveling made us thirsty. It was just our luck that we had endless Bombay Sapphire at our disposal.
